PHOTOCARD SERVICE

CAN I REQUEST BUYING FROM ANY KOREAN WEBSITES ?

Yes, you can make a request for any official stores or second hand like those examples: Bunjang ( click ) or Korean Poca Market  ( click ). If you have any other website you would like to buy from you can check with us before hand via email ( playonkr@gmail.com ). 

We only avoid Twitter sellers.


HOW MUCH WILL THE SERVICE COST ?

The photocard price + our buying commission 7 $ + ( Domestic , k packet ) shipping fee + paypal  terms in Sixshop 8%. Shipping is not included in the photocard buying request and is paid separetly 


CAN I GET REFUND ?

We only allow refund if the item is soldout. In any other case, customer cannot get refund. It is customer responsability to check sellers before making a request. 


MY ITEM IS SOLDOUT HOW DO I GET REFUND ?

If your item is soldout, we will inform you via email and refund you directly via Paypal


HOW CAN I VERIFY MY PHOTOCARDS BEFORE SHIPPING ?

When your order arrives at our office, we will send an unboxing video and pictures so you can verify your order via email.


CAN I BUY OTHER THINGS THEN PHOTOCARD ?

Yes, if you are searching for any particular second hand or new korean item you can use the photocard buying form to request it.



SHIPPING

WHY SHOULD I PAY SHIPPING SEPERATLY ?

- To get the best shipping price according to your country and your need.

- It allows you to combine photocard service orders and shop orders without paying for shipping several times.


DO I HAVE TO FILL THE SHIPPING FORM ?

Yes all customers regardless of the service they are using should write a shipping form.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING ?

Shipping price is different for each country and weight. If you want to have a rough idea of our rates you can check our shipping rate table. Please be aware that to shipping cost is added the paypal commission (8%) so the cost may vary.


WHICH DELIVERY COMPANY DO YOU USE ?

We generally work with K-PACKET & Small cargo service

Delivery period is a little slower than EMS ( Usually within 7 to 14 days )


HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE ?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive your tra


DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS ?

We don't handle custom and cannot predict it. Customer has the responsability to pay for custom at package arrival. 

Especially in Europe, it's the customs part, but customers may or may not pay less because I write down the name used card


SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER

If anything is missing in the order customer should send us an email at playonkr@gmail.com with proof such as pictures or videos. Play on Korea team will check all proof and provide options for customer according to the situation.



SHOP

IS THE SHIPPING FOR ARTICLES ON THE SHOP FREE ?

No ! To unsure a more fair service for photocard buying users and shop customers we decided that once order is made the customer should request shipping separately. Please refer to the shipping to know all the rules.


Refund requests and orders will be canceled before I send order the package to the post office


also, additional photo cards cannot be ordered when the invoice is delivered to the customer.
