To make a photocard buying request. You just have to fill you our form with all the following details: 

- Photocard name ( Group name, member name, album name )

- Quantity

- Link to the product

- Address you want it shipped to

Customer should choose the korean buyer/app wisely as Play On Korea is not responsible of any seller scam that could occur in the buying process. In case of scam from the seller no refund can be given.

When the seller package reach to us we will unbox it and send you pictures/videos of the photocards to your instagram, kakao or Twitter.

Once we get your shipping form we will prepare your box and the shipping price. If you are curious about shipping rates you can check our table right here.

For cheaper fee we can only ship until 2kg with Kpacket and small cargo.

You can complete shipping payment with paypal and we will pack and ship your items to your door step. You will receive your tracking number.

Shipping payment cannot be refund in any way.
